As VP Client Services, I am responsible for client relationships spanning Spain, France and Germany as well as our Healthcare portfolio across EMEA. My aim is to ensure we deliver the highest level of quality for our services to our clients. I partner with clients to develop insightful and meaningful engagements for their customers and focus on optimising relationship marketing strategies to drive real business impact.
I joined Epsilon in 2014, bringing with me over 10 years of international experience in communications and marketing for NGOs, UN agencies and in the private sector. In every sector I’ve worked in the focus has always been developing meaningful collaborations and partnerships that deliver impactful results.
I grew up between Canada and Europe—an experience I’ll always cherish—as it allowed me to develop an identity incorporating many cultures and ways of life, and to pick up a few languages along the way.
Since joining Epsilon, I have worked in varying roles within our agency and tech practice, allowing me to appreciate and understand the full power of what Epsilon offers clients—mixing both science and creativity to yield real change in how they engage with their customers. In my current role as VP Client Services, I draw on this experience to bring clients the value of our services and engaging them to look at
their strategies in a more holistic manner.
My experience and upbringing allowed me to better understand and respect the importance of regional cultural and business specificities. This is a challenge many clients face and which Epsilon, as a truly global company, understands. I love applying my experience and background to address regional needs and connect with customers across the globe.
