Walgreens wanted a loyalty programme offering easy ways for customers to save money and get rewarded for purchases, services and healthy behaviours.
Epsilon’s loyalty platform supports and routes data for each Balance Rewards member interaction, including online/in-store enrollments, online purchases and activity uploads from devices like FitBit. We also integrated Web services support real-time enrollment through multiple channels.
More than 150 million people have enrolled in the Balance Rewards programme. The system processes 4M+ purchase transactions per day and 4B+ loyalty requests per day.
